Fabio Ciulli was born in Alghero (SS) on February 7, 1967.
Graduated in law in the academic year 1991 – 1992 at the University of Sassari with a thesis on European Union law entitled “Competition and Antitrust Law”.
In 2000 he attended the Community Law Specialization Course at the L.U.I.S.S. University. “G. Carli “in Rome with exam taken in 2001.
From 2002 to 2008 he was a consultant selected by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Community Policies Department as an expert with particular reference to the aid schemes established pursuant to articles art. 107 and 108 of the TFEU.
He has been a contract consultant for Technical Assistance for the implementation of the 2007-2013 Rural Development program (RDP) in favor of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia.
For the Autonomous Region of Sardinia and for the major trade associations, he also dealt with the drafting of legislative proposals and feasibility plans regarding transport and territorial continuity and compatibility with the European legal system, taking care of the relative steps before the European Commission.
On the legal assistance front to private individuals, the lawyer Ciulli represented and defended important economic operators before the AGCM and the national and supranational judges (Court and Court of Justice of the European Union), gaining solid experience in antitrust dispute and state aid procedures for companies in the internal market.
In the last decade, given the request by numerous customers to assist them in solving problems other than those strictly competitive and connected to other aspects of the organization, the functioning and the exercise of their entrepreneurial activity, the lawyer Ciulli has expanded his professional capacity by utilizing the contribution of a pool of 11 professionals who work with proven synergy to ensure qualified and specialized assistance also in the civil, commercial, tax, labor, administrative fields.
